Delete your Raigambre account

Raigambre is published by Systems Atlas Project Limited. You can delete your Raigambre account and all of its data yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact anyone, and there is no waiting period.
1 · In the app — immediate
- Open Raigambre and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. The app returns to the sign-in screen and the data on that device is wiped at the same time.
2 · By email — within 30 days
If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, write to us from the address you registered with and ask for the account to be deleted.
Or write to privacy@systemsatlasproject.com. Requests are actioned within 30 days. We ask you to write from the account's own address so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your study history permanently. If you want to keep your progress, do not delete the account — signing out is enough to leave the app on a device.
What is deleted

Nothing about your account is retained in the database after deletion. There is no soft-delete and no archived copy.
What is not reached by deletion
Two things are outside Raigambre's control and are named here rather than glossed over:
- Feedback or reports you already sent arrive as email in the developer's inbox. Deleting your account does not retract an email that has been delivered. If you want those removed as well, say so at the address above.
- Translation-practice messages you sent were processed by OpenAI and are retained under OpenAI's own policy. Similarly, email delivery records sit with Resend.
If you have other devices still signed in to the deleted account, they will be signed out the next time they contact the server.
Things worth knowing
- Deleting the app does not delete your account. Use one of the two routes above.
- Signing out is not deletion. Signing out erases the app's data from that device but keeps your account, so you can sign back in on any device.
